if you want to supply content for the site we are looking for several different categories in information and contributions of any type would be welcomed. the categories are,

    Original Content
information about games people may not be aware of or just coverage on a game from a different perspective to the norm, even if the article is playing devil's advocate.

    Personal Reviews
Have you played a good game recently or one that wasn't so great? If so your reviews would be welcomed, it is always another perspective for people to look at things, as long as they are well reasoned and thought out they will be published. (multiple small reviews for a big game may get grouped together)

    Content from other sources
this can be information on anything from a blog post by a developer to even a well written article by another, everything posted under this category must give a source name and link at the beginning of the article.

    Professional Reviews
Seen a review you felt was good and on the mark? if so these can also be posted but as above sources and links must be given.

    Deals section
Got a promotional email or seen a good deal on a website? it would be helpful to post these under Deals as it will bring these deals and offers together so people can get the best deal going. (any referral links will be removed)

Big or small all contributions will be considered and posted as long as the post is well thought out and informative.

I'll get crucified or something and it will probably earn me the "Most stupid question of the Year" award simply because of the name of the site/community but what about console games reviews ?

More specifically multiplat games, ie Watch Dogs. Are those allowed/encouraged or is it strictly PC only reviews ? I don't have a problem either way, just curious.

Do you wanna build a post apocalyptic city set in the aftermath of an unknown worldwide calamity which has plunged the world into another ice age?

    C’mon let’s go and play.

Frostpunk is a small scale city builder with a steampunk aesthetic.

Starting with a small band of survivors, you must forge a path in this increasingly hostile environment to ensure the survival of mankind, well for approximately a month. Apparently that’s all the time you need to...

Well here in the UK, as winter throws one final attempt to solve the pension crisis at us (claims that the government have know for a month about the cold snap, but saw it as an opportunity to cull old people remain unsubstantiated), many have retreated to the warmth and safety of their gaming systems to keep them distracted, and hopefully prevent excessive burden on maternity services up and down the country come November.

And, of course, more gaming means

    Rise and Fall.

Accurately reviewing big budget high strategy games is hard.
Well it’s not digging coal out of the bowels of hell hard, but it certainly ranks up there with flicking yourself off to Holly Willoughby after you have packed the kids off to school.
These games take a huge amount of investment in time even to scratch the surface, and flaws can go completely unnoticed for weeks until one day you suddenly notice the AI is fucked and

Ever wanted to have a 'legitimate' excuse to purchase soft core porn games, but claim you are doing it for a good reason and not to sate your PG15 perverse sexual fantasies (C'mon. It's the internet. As perverse sexual fantasies go, these are practically a U)
I know for a fact Belimar, our illustrious leader, is a fan of Hunie Cam (although rumours that he used the experience gained from the game to expand a underground army of CamGirls is probably exaggerated)

So as January comes to a close, the weather starts to take a turn for the better and we all wonder if the "holiday weight" we acquired last month should more accurately be described as "weight" I take time away from my very busy schedule to help another batch of poor misguided souls.
    Your Welcome.

    Dear JR,

I’m currently struggling to proceed in city building strategy game “Banished”, and I have no idea where

  • Last year We were mostly Playing.
    JackRabbit

Well it’s that time of the year when we take our annual (cough, ahem ¬¬) look, not at the gaming industry, not at the progress made in gaming culture, but far more importantly what we ourselves have actually spent the last year doing, instead of something far more constructive which might actually enrich our lives, or at the very least get us some vitamin D.
Luckily, you lot have been very considerate this year and I only have seven pages to go through instead of the average 15
